Regular team meetings enable the peer support team to deal with every issue, concern, and ideas with a quick turn-around.  Items are brought to attention and unanimously resolved – we have a positive solution focused approach and because we are not accountable to any hierarchical stakeholder, we are in a position, as a team, to respond to any changes that we may need to make.  In addition to the monthly team meetings, the peer support team are in regular contact on a WhatsApp group.
